No you can’t. One of “Suggestions” functions is to serve for
users to discover and express their opinion on content that they would have not otherwise come across had they not have been Gnommie users. Once discovered, users may choose to re-submit the content in a different format. Not the other way round. Whilst most submission formats can be re-submitted in another “Related Content” format, the “Suggestion” submission format is the only format that cannot be used in “Related Content” submissions.
