Why is my name being rejected during sign up?

Please ensure the following:

1. Your first and last name does not contain any invalid punctuation.
2. Your full first and last name must be listed. Use the “username” field to list a nickname.
3. Professional and religious titles are not allowed in account names.
4. Account names that include "was," "nee," and "formerly" are not allowed.
5. Accounts can represent one person only (groups, families or couples are not allowed).

If you're still having problems signing up with your real full first and last name, please submit a report.
