What is the "Remember me" option all about?

By selecting the option labeled “Remember me”, the Gnommie
sign-in page will remember your username and password for up to two weeks.

However, we do recommend that you select this option if you’re the only person using this computer, and never select it if you're using a publicly accessible computer, or if you're sharing the computer with others. This will prevent your Gnommie profile from being open to anyone who uses the same computer after you.
