How will I know if I'm considered a trusted reporter?

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to know. There is no
formal title for you to gain as an accurate reporter. Ever-changing trust levels on the accuracy of your reporting are determined by our community moderation system, which takes into account factors such as your trust score, other reporters trust score, and the trust score of the poster. The reason we do not release any more information than we already have about community moderation, is to help prevent abuse of the service.

Remember, reliably identifying and sending accurate reports will increase your trust level and subsequently your influence in future reporting. To achieve this, only report content if it violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
