How does community moderation work?

The community moderation system empowers reliable Gnommie
users to report inappropriate content for speedy removal. Gnommie Administrators will only take action to remove reported submissions if they're in violation of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines. Otherwise, the Gnommie community is responsible for removing/archiving submissions that are spam, duplicates, lame, inaccurate, or submitted to the wrong topic. The more reliable the user, the greater his/her influence in removing inappropriate content.
