Can I change my vote?

Yes you can. However, you can only change your vote a
certain amount of times before the submission remains in a "neutral" state. At first, the submission is in a “neutral” state. If you,

1) Vote for the submission (1 vote will be added) by clicking the "up arrow", you may then change you vote by clicking the “neutral arrows” for the submission to return in to its “neutral” state (1 vote will be deducted). However, from this point onwards, you may only cast and change your vote in the same direction one more time.

2) Vote against the submission (1 vote will not be deducted) by clicking the "down arrow", you may then change your vote by clicking the “neutral arrows” for the submission to return to its “neutral” state (1 vote will not be added). However, from this point onwards, you may only cast and change your vote in the same direction one more time.
